APPLES PROGRESS - When I first got Apple, my whole mission and aim was to try a new concept, my own methology of connecting and building trust with a horse thats a blank canvas, unhandled, unhaltered, this filly had been rough handled as a foal and thats its...when she arrived you couldnt get near her, touch her, even with the lure of a feedbucket...with time, and even a try at NH principles, it became clear this approach was not for her and I promised her I would never use that tactic with her again. I have trialled my own approach, communciation and healing...Now around 10 months on, through her illness and bad times, she can now be haltered,lead, touched all over, feet trimmed. she follows you around wishing to be up close and personal, no feed involved..she just wants to be with you. You can touch her all over and she has no fear, just at peace in your space. This girl has come such a long way and I hope that with me trying my techniques out with her, that I can then transfer my knowledge and experience to untouched horses that there is hope , that owners can have a magical bond, thats not just behaviour, but an inner energy. A deep energy connection. The heart of the beating horses soul. No pressures...it would seem that finally its all coming together. My next aim is to make this worldwide, spreading the concept xx
