Yearly in November in Australia the Rotary Institute is held at which the DGN and DGE receive training over a 3-4 day period . Training also occurs at the Parramatta weekend at the start of the DGE year and San Diego in January of the DGE year for a week. The current G Train ( current DG, DGE , DGN) and college of Governors of D9465 are also available to assist the successful applicant. Officers of RI are also available to answer questions and run many of the training events. The successful candidate will form part of the District Board as DGN, DGE, DG, and IPDG a four year commitment. I would appreciate if this request for nominations could be raised at your Club meetings. Any PDG would be only too happy to answer questions about the role and financial support for any Rotarian interested in nominating. Regards, DG 2013-14 Erwin Biemel
