APTITUDE AND ATTITUDE MUST LIVE IN HARMONY WITH EACH OTHER July 24, 2014 at 2:17am The aptitude is a natural tendency/liking/ability and the attitude is a way of thinking. The aptitude is thus involuntarily natural and the attitude is thus voluntarily artificial or man-made. The attitude can act as a good supplement/catalyst to aptitude. This is actually the natural expectation of Nature from all humans. But ironically the human attitude many times differs from human aptitude causing unnatural and/or unsocial human conduct. For example, the spiritualism towards God as a creator and controller of material world is a natural aptitude of almost every human being save few exceptions who do not believe in God at all, but human attitude/way of thinking in the matter of such spiritualism differs which has lead to formation of different religions by different human groups in world. The belief in God and spiritualism towards God has natural cause namely that certain things are beyond human control in spite of scientific human knowledge about the facts and laws of Nature. It is beyond human understanding as to why one should face misery in life in spite of one’s lawful conduct. The natural calamities also come all of sudden destroying everything constructed by humans in terms of laws of Nature. The term natural justice is thus a very complex issue because its key is ultimately held by almighty Nature/God. When this natural justice differs making some humans as lucky persons with all happiness without much effort and some humans as unlucky persons with all miseries even with all lawful efforts to bring happiness in life, the human attitude towards God also differs. This uncontrollable circumstantial factor of fortune then becomes the cause of different spiritual attitude of different human persons towards God. The finding of the cause of difference/gap between aptitude and attitude thus becomes the subject matter of scientific research. If the human mind is the product of Nature, how can it act unnatural against its natural aptitude by developing different attitude is a confusing affair of human mind. In the same way, the human society is just a part of giant natural environment and therefore what is internal social within human society has to be external-cum-internal natural in relation to such whole natural environment. It is therefore logical to conclude that the human attitude must live in harmony with human aptitude and not in conflict with such aptitude. The golden combination of aptitude and attitude can make human life truly successful in true natural sense. It has been proved that the human aptitude is naturally constructive in different fields of human activism and therefore it is the duty of every State to create a constructive social environment with State sponsored educational facility for development of a constructive/positive human attitude in tune with constructive human aptitude. The State is also duty bound to guard against development of any destructive/negative human attitude which has a tendency to act unnatural and/or unsocial. –Adv.B.S.More
