ARE WE TAKING TO THE ROAD OF SWITZERLAND ??This is a question that disturbs my sleep these days. Basically this is a question of socio economic status of our state. Whichever office I go and chat with officials, I find lethargy in the bureaucratic system and a blame punching game played in between govt and bureaucrats. Multi crores of fund has been pumped into different deparments with no output. If we talk of : FOREST DEPTT: we know thousands of crores have been invested under different projects in this deptt, prinarily for creating forest resources...but I dont see any forest reserve in the state other than the natural greenery which the deptt claims proudly as our FOREST RESOURCE.The green mission starts with monsoon and ends withthe begening of winter every year having robbed off crore from state exchequer with few bushes thronging by the side of roads with the wish of nature. HEALTH DEPTT: We dont know as to how much money has this deptt been getting under different schemes but know that innumerable fund is for basic health care facility of state. But I have not seen officers and politicians undergoing medical treatment in our hospitals...forget the hellish atmosphere in hospitals where patients die mostly due to lack of infrastructure and medical support but we still talk of CATCH PROGRAM that runs of crores of fund pledging us complete health care facility. Hope you are not referred out. EDUCATION DEPTT: Students educated in govt schools have no hope of jobs bcoz they dont know to write an application for job. So MR jobs is their choice which govt say would be regularised. Here also officers and politicians dont put their children in govt schools and the reason is a big Quality Education.But can u imagine the fund under SSA scheme which has given sleepery and shining skyscrappers to many...bureaucrats n politicians. POWER DEPTT: Govt fixed hope of revenue mobilisation though this deptt which is virtually no longer a fully govt owned deptt now. This is a deptt is of outsiders and our officers and engineers are depending on them...15000 crore revenue which the govt targetted annually from 2015 from this deptt has bankrupted the govt with borrowings of more than 25000 crore. Forget the BOOT MOUs with power companys (BOOT: Build, Owned, Operate Transfer) where Transfer is after 35 yrs when we will be in minority and govt will be theirs. AGRICULTURE DEPTT: Every one of us know STATE ORGANIC MISSION. DO YOU KNOW WHAT CHIEF MINISTER SAID RECENTLY??? Thousand crore has been spent so far under Organic Mission Scheme but not a single packet of fruit, cereal is produced with organic tag.... ARE WE GOING TO SWITZERLAND?
