ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME?! This is so outrageous and mind-numbingly enraging to me that I struggle to even form the sentences to express my disgust. One of the most corrupt cities in the country with FAR bigger issues they should be dedicating police enforcement to, and they choose FEEDING THE HOMELESS? As though its okay to treat them like animals in a zoo? And forget that aspect of it - I dont care how conservative you are or if you think its their own decisions that landed them in poverty - we are HUMAN and it is a basic human right to help others and do good if we so desire. And to grossly WASTE resources on prosecuting good Samaritans and charitable 90 YEAR OLD MEN (let that sink in for a moment) for trying to make his city a better place - is beyond reprehensible to me and makes me incredibly sad to live in this state, without even broaching the outcomes of last nights election. Shame on Ft. Lauderdale and their law enforcement. If any type of ordinance like this EVER passed in a city I lived in, I would happily defy the law in front of any officer willing to try and stop me from helping the homeless and subsequently arrest me, capture it all on video, and sue the hell out of the city. local10/news/police-charge-90yearold-man-2-pastors-with-feeding-the-homeless/29510268
