ARE YOU READY FOR THE ULTIMATE? (Tuesdays come round quick dont they?!) 6.00-8.00pm THE ULTIMATE This two hour exercise extravaganza has something for everyone. The Ultimate is broken down into four half hour sessions – you can take your pick and do one, two, three or all four. Shuttle Blast – 30 minutes of short length bursts of sprinting followed by short rest periods. Working to your maximum heart rate this class is fantastic for increasing your cardiovascular fitness. Circuit Blast – Challenge yourself with this high energy aerobic circuit to increase strength and aerobic fitness. Muscle Pump – Using a mixture of barbells and dumb-bells this class works every major muscle group. The results are fast and you will quickly add tone and definition to your whole body.
