ARM Yourselves with THE WORD Of GOD!- Practice makes P-E-R-F-E-C-T! DELVE INTO THE WORD. GO DEEPER INTO THE WORD. STAY IN THE WORD. Keep It. Obey It. Trust It. Use It. Proclaim It. Rejoice In It. Stand On It. B-E-L-E-I-V-E IT!!! JESUS IS LORD!!! SCRIPTURE: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:1-5, 10-14) JESUS IS THE WORD: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (John 1:14) GOD IS YOUR ARMOUR: And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: (Eph. 6:17) ARM YOURSELVES AGAINST FALSE TEACHERS: Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth. But avoid all empty (vain, useless, idle) talk, for it will lead people into more and more ungodliness. And their teaching [will devour; it] will eat its way like cancer or spread like gangrene. (2 Timothy 2:15-17, AMP) THE WORD OF GOD IS POWERFUL: For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective]; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line of the breath of life (soul) and [the immortal] spirit, and of joints and marrow [of the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12, AMP)
