ARMED ROBBERY SUSPECTS ARRESTED Suspects: Andrea L. Bolyard (Age 28) Nathan D. Wisdom (Age 27) Address: 714 South Street Ramsey, IL 62080 On October 8, 2014 at 1:53 am, an armed robbery occurred at Shasteens Marathon Station located at 703 East Jackson Street, Pana, IL. A masked subject entered the store armed with a handgun and located the clerk in the rear office area. The clerk was struck in the face multiple times before the cashier box and purse of the victim were taken from the business. The investigation into the incident led Pana PD Officers and ISP Zone 4 Investigations Special Agents to a residence in Ramsey, IL. On 10/15/14 around 2:00 pm, ISP Zone 4 Agents located Bolyard at 714 South Street, in Ramsey. At approximately 4:00 pm, Pana Officers and Pana PD’s K-9 Unit, along with ISP Agents returned to the residence where Wisdom was taken into custody. Evidence from the Armed Robbery was recovered inside the residence. Bolyard, alleged driver involved in the incident, and Wisdom, alleged armed subject involved in the incident, were transported back to Pana PD, where they were both processed on the charge of armed robbery and transported to the Christian County Correctional Center. Since this incident occurred, officers have worked tirelessly throughout the investigation with a desire to hold accountability to those responsible for such a violent crime. With the arrests made of these two individuals, we hope this will begin the process of healing and closure to those directly involved with this violent incident while reminding everyone that we will utilize every resource available to protect the lives and properties of the citizens of our Community. I am extremely proud and thankful to be a part of such a great police agency, an agency who has always strived to work closely with other agencies including a dedicated and professional Illinois State Police Zone 4 Investigations Unit.
