ARREST: Deputies of the Ulster County Sheriffs Office report the arrest of Glenn O. Greene, 21 years of age of 24 Maples Road in Middletown, New York. Mr. Greene has been charged with the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and the vehicle and traffic violations of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and driving without adequate stop lamps. On November 5th, 2013 at approximately 12:35am, Deputies observed a vehicle traveling on North Main St. in the Village of Ellenville with a brake light out. The vehicle was stopped and investigation revealed that Mr. Green was the operator. A check of his drivers license showed he has a suspended NYS drivers license. Further investigation revealed that he was in possession of a quantity of marijuana. Mr. Greene was released at the scene with appearance tickets that are returnable to the Village of Ellenville Court on November 19th, 2013 at 5:00pm.
