ARREST MADE - reference Burglary of a Vehicle with victim injured when he confronted the suspect: On Wednesday at approximately 11 AM, a white male suspect committed a vehicle burglary - twice within 30 minutes at Ryczek Electric at 2725 W. Ferguson. The vehicle owner confronted the suspect during the second offense. The owner was assaulted during the second crime turning the offense into a robbery. The suspect fled leaving in a early 90s model extended cab Chevrolet 1500 pickup, maroon in color, with a white tool box and black rack in the bed of the truck. Photos were put out on Facebook requesting the publics assistance in locating the owner of the truck and suspect. Due to numerous tips and detectives following up on leads, at approximately 5 PM today the suspect in this case was arrested. He is identified as 30 year old Joshua Ryan Charlton of Mount Pleasant Texas. Charlton was taken into custody without incident at the Adobe Motel on W. 16th St. After his arrest Charlton was taken to Titus County Jail and charged with Felony Theft and Robbery.
