ARRESTS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH MISSING PERSON On 11/26/14 Larimer County Sheriffs Office investigators arrested Michael Louis Bensen, age 45, of Fort Collins, and Patrick Austin Hannon, age 51, also of Fort Collins, on an arrest warrant for the charges of: Murder in the First Degree (CRS 18-3-102), a class 1 felony Conspiracy to Commit Murder (CRS 18-2-201,) a class 6 felony Second Degree Kidnapping (CRS 18-3-302), a class 3 felony These arrests were in connection with a missing person report received by the Larimer County Sheriffs Office on 11/20/14. Due to an on-going investigation, the Larimer County Sheriffs Office cannot release further information at this time. However, additional information will be released as the investigation continues and circumstances allow.
