ARRRRGH! For what it is, I actually am liking working at Wendys. However, there is one manager who likes chewing out/belittling crew in front of customers, and there is one crew member with Tourettes that I am having difficulty dealing with. Good news is that I wont be working with this particular person at least in the next week (NOTE: in no way do I consider this person retarded or anything else. His actual personality is what is causing me pain - the way treats me is almost if I were an inconvenience. However, Im stuck working with the nasty manager once. Yes, its only once but its enough to ruin my week. FINALLY, what do I have to do to stop the crap scheduling - close until 2am and have to come back a few hours later at 9:30?
