The Wooden Sky are a Canadian indie-rock band out of Toronto, who have been playing together since 2003; they adopted their current name in 2007, replacing the previous Friday Mornings Regret. They have released three full-length albums. Their debut album, When Lost At Sea was heavily-laden with folk and country roots; while their second record, If I Dont Come Home Youll Know Im Gone pushed those limits beyond the folk and country genres. Their most recent album, Every Child a Daughter, Every Moon a Sun in 2012, and made it available to stream in its entirety on the Exclaim! website, a week before it was released.
