AS I LEAVE KAMPALA THIS MORNING. My pleasure to occupy this podium and share a word or two. Great pieces of work and giant projects from great minds have stood high on the globe leaving us wondering and mervelling at how great they are. My simple discovery is that such magnificent outputs are as a result of serious goal setting commonly called LONG TERM PLANS. I have discovered that every one of us need to have a long term plan for him/herself and the community around them. Longterm plans facilitate effective dreaming, they anchor hope and offer reasons for persuit and objective hot persuit. The giant story of the empire state building that dwarfs many sky scrapers in the heart of NewYork city speaks it all. Friends refuse to take life for a single day or year only but use those to effect huge plans that after you have left will cause us to sigh there lived a man or lady. Allow me applause my friends; Dr. Kisakye Ruth that was a good grad party, Nansikombi Rebecca the intro was wawuuu. You need to teach me those strokes moreover in a yellow gomesi. It was a blast. Both of you, i wish you a bright future. The rest, our issue at hand is incubating a long term plan with corresponding strategic themes. Enjoy your week. Yours KS
