AS I WROTE JUNE 16, FINANCE MINISTER PROVED TODAY.....MEDIA RAISING THE QUESTION ABOUT SOURCE OF AMOUNT WHICH PAID FOR ELIMINATE TO CIRCULAR DEBT Answer Sharp Accounting by PML-N Government (Fraud) Finance Minister said budget deficit for 2012-13 by 8.8% of GDP but actual it is 7.5%.........why he said ???????..........interesting answer He has planned to use the difference 1.3( equal to almost 300 billion)in budget, as financial year will end on 30 june. He is going to sale t-bills worth almost 300 billion by end of this month, may be used for payments of circular debts and there also will be less burden for the next financial year........ in the end deficit goes to PPP and credit will go to PMLNF
