.....ASASI YA VIJANA YA TYVA KWENYE GAZETI LA THE CITIZEN KUHUSU KATIBA...... -The Tanzania Youth Vision Association, an NGO dealing with issues of the young, also said it was concerned that the draft constitution has reserved only one short clause, 43, for the youth. The clause says: “Every young person has the right and responsibility of fully participating in development activities in the United Republic and in the society at large.
