ASHER NEEDS A HOME AND QUICK...This is Asher and he is at the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter at 724 342 5834. He is the longest resident there and they are two dogs away from capacity. One of our facebook friends, Beverly Howell went to visit him on her lunch time yesterday at the shelter and took this picture. This poor guy wants out so badly. SVAS is now a low kill pound but must take in strays from the dog warden and the municipalities that pay into the shelter. This means that they CANNOT turn dogs away and if they are at capacity, sadly choices have to be made. Asher will likely be one that will be considered for euthanasia if they must make that decision...PLEASE SHARE HIM and contact the SVAS for any questions. If you adopt him from our plea, we will help you neuter him under our rescue discount of 50.00 for a neuter...thanks for sharing him.
