ASIA SOCCER CLASH: A Suzuki Cup semi-final match turned violent after Malaysian fans assaulted Vietnamese supporters on Sunday in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Five arrests were made and at least one Vietnamese fan was injured, according to AFP. Khairy Jamaluddin, Malaysia’s sports minister, apologized to Vietnam that night. “There is no excuse for this violent behavior. These violent fans do not represent Malaysia.
