ASTI: Sale Of 30 Million Dragon Group Shares At S$0.11 Each. 21 Nov 2013 10:51 ASTI Holdings Limited had on 20 November 2013 entered into three sale and purchase agreements with each of Asdew Acquisitions Pte Ltd, Warriror First Investment Corp and STF Investments Ltd for the proposed disposal by ASTI of 30,000,000 of its shareholding interest in the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the share capital of Dragon Group International Limited to the Purchasers. Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, ASTIs shareholding percentage in DGI will decrease from 53.91% to 44.54%.
