ASTRO-UPDATE: 15 OCTOBER 2014: Cardinal Lunar T-Square With the 5-body pileup (I mean, astrological stellium) in Libra powerfully opening gateways for new experiences and lessons in Balance, weve already been having an intense focus on the way we relate to other other people. This energy is opposed the South Node and Uranus Retrograde. Earlier today we saw a peak of this stellium energy with the conjunction of the North Node with Venus, and therefore the opposition of the South Node with Venus at the same time. (Full article explaining what all that means - wp.me/p4OUNS-9C ). On top of all of that, were also experiencing a powerful Cardinal Lunar T-Square. The Moon makes a powerful T-Square aspect to both the stellium (North Node, Venus, Pallas Athena, Mercury Retrograde, Sun) and the South Node/Uranus Retrograde in Aries combination. The Moon (in Cancer) squares astrological bodies in Aries and Libra to make the apex of the T-Square. Whilst this is technically not a Grand Cardinal Cross (at an orb of +/7 degrees) - more sensitive individuals will perceive it as such. What this means for us in practice is the triggering of old wounds, particularly to do with the family, relations with the mother-figure, ones sense of connection, groundedness, and rootedness - in some cases, it may literally refer to some emotional intensity arising in the physical home itself. It ultimately has to do with our connection with Earth-Mother and the Divine Mother Archetype. An intensely emotional situation arising through any of these figures/spaces is likely to trigger that powerful stellium seeking Balance, and the South Node/Uranus Retrograde seeking self-assertion. As Uranus (the planet of awakening, surprises) is in Retrograde, chances are that whatever issue arises stems from crossed or mixed signals in communication, and arises out of the blue. Remember that Mercury is also Retrograde at this time, making the likelihood of communication breakdown higher. If youve already experienced this event, remember that - at the end of the day - were all just people. Reacting violently (verbally or otherwise) is not going to help a long-term situation, especially if it involves family. Give each other some space. This is a time when new patterns of relating are in the air (with the North Node/Venus conjunction), and so give yourselves the chance to set the record straight, or try to relate in a new way - particularly if you/your family have been burdened by dysfunctional ways of relations. You just might be pleasantly surprised, through all of that. Uranus Retrograde is currently noviled Neptune Retrograde. This indicates that our process of mental awakening and transformation of our sense of individuality leads directly (or culminates) towards outcomes related to our spiritual paradigm and understanding of the transcendental. Your reactions to this energy has a wider consequence - so - whatever you feel you have to do - do it from a Spirit-Centered perspective. Those with astrological placements at or near 22 degrees Taurus will experience this as a Yod or Finger of Fate, apexing at Mars. The same familial issue may be re-triggered or find some climax through the assertive energy of Mars in Sagittarius, often embodied by the male romantic partner (if youre a woman) and sometimes referring simply to one who is (stereotypically) masculine.
