AT HOME NO EQUIPMENT WORKOUT! Save this to your timeline by hitting the SHARE button so you could do this later. I call this workout: DEATH BY BURPEES.... I know I sound evil huh? 20 minute workout: Min 1- Burpees (at your own level. on my Youtube channel I show how to do them at multiple fitness levels Ill post a link in the comments) Min 2- 10 push-ups (against the wall, on your knees or on your feet). After you finish the push-ups you REST until min. 3 when you start burpees again. Min 3- Burpees Min 4- 9 push-ups (after you finish you rest until min. 5 when you start burpees again) Min 5- Burpees Min 6- 8 push-ups Min 7- Burpees Min 8- 7 push-ups Min 9- Burpees Continue this pattern Youll continue this routine of 1 minute of burpees and descending reps of push-ups until on the last minute you do 1 push-up. You get to REST after you finish the push-ups. So for example on min 2 if it only takes you 30 seconds to do 10 push-ups then you have 30 seconds until your minute of burpees starts (on min 3). As you start reducing reps of push-ups itll give you a bit more time to rest since youll be more fatigued as the workout goes on. ENJOY! ;)
