AT&T what were you thinking sending your IT and Customer Service off shore?!! Because of this, we have spent the last 7 hours trying to straighten out a simple upgrade of our phones and change to our data plan that was transacted in an AT&T store. At this point, no new phones until Tuesday, Jims data plan has been canceled and can not be re-enabled until he gets the new phone - and our texting is not working correctly. And never, ever tell me that you are putting me on hold for 2 minutes and come back 45 minutes later!! AT&T - you suck!!! Rant Complete!!! #ATTSUCKS
