AT WHAT COST VICTORY? Monsters stole a lot that day; but we came back fighting. Ogres want us to live in fear of the next attack; but they underestimated our will to live and kick their asses. There are more families ready to take them on in a fair fight than they can possibly count; so they choose an unfair war with women, children and other innocent people used as human shields. They are no credit to the Prophet Mohammed, who is as dead as they will one day be. Their prayers to him go unanswered because he cant hear them. They hoped to turn us away from God but they achieved the opposite goal, since more of us returned to Him for answers and got what we sought. He is NOT to blame for what occurred that awful day. MAN is. MAN will ALWAYS be responsible for what is ugly, painful, and wrong because we are fallen creatures. God cant be that way for He is LOVE. LOVE doesnt seek to harm but to heal; it doesnt seek its own but the betterment of another soul; it doesnt cry out for vengeance but forgives forever those that hurt us. Only after we truly forgive the ogres that attacked us on September 11, 2001 will we be able to move past the pain and fear they brought to us and into the bright, shining hope that is our future. We may forgive, but we will never, ever forget.
