From 01/08/2013, all Releases of both SDL RECORDINGS as its Sub-Labels shall be solely and exclusively by Fanpage Sites, as it is increasingly impossible to disclose in various Facebooks. From 01/08.2013 all our employees and friends who are on our pages should get in and enjoy our Fanpage in order to receive our news. Thankxx to our Artists for the trust and to better welcome them and also provide better support, we will be adopting additional rules, as discriminated below: - All artists will have their release dates communicated, to making their promos and disclosures; - It is up to the SDL RECORDINGS and its Sub-Labels, dissemination and promotion of their Releases only on the date they are issued, so it is the responsibility of the Artist to maintain a constant disclosure could stay in the Top-Selling; - Artists may only publicize their Releases with the Logo of SDL RECORDINGS and its other Sub-Labels in Tracks that are part of our grid Releases. If it is proven that any Artist is using our brands (logos) in any other type of work (new songs and photos disclosures) that is not part of our grid Releases, will be suspended by the Label and also suffer the penalties imposed by law (a fine, open a case and breach of contract); - Postings that are with us, they will have all the rights in their sales due portals branches, this forbidden, sale or serving in another branch company; - The contract is submitted extensive documentation, so you can realize the link between both parties (artist X company), so it is imperative that it be sent back up to 4 days , otherwise, the Artist will lose the rights to launch it and the Label give the place to another, there by to be fair to everyone.
