ATHLEAN-X is always about progression. In other words you never stay in the same old rut/routine but always, always progress to the next level. Jeff Cavalier is always adding new moves to a routine, but more than that he has over 400 free workout videos on YouTube. Planking is just one way to getting those abs to pop. He has over 100 ab workouts alone and one of my personal favorites is one he dubbed The Fighter Workout. Keep changing up your routine. Dont just use the free weights. Dont just use the cardio machines. Dont just use the dumb bells. Dont just use the cable machines. Use them all to keep your muscles from getting used to a certain work out routine, and, of course, get plenty of rest so those muscles can rebuild and recuperate.
