RESCUE ONLY! BIG FOOT A469354 2 YRS OLD HEARTWORM NEGATIVE 80 LBS FULLY VETTED- VACCINATED, NEUTERED, CHIPPED! Big Foot is the definition of a gentle giant! He was one of our former Pet of the Week dogs and a staff favorite! He is 80 pounds of mush and has a goofy, laid back personality. His stocky, wrinkly build will catch your eye while his happy-go-lucky demeanor will capture your heart. Despite his size, he is very submissive to people and has a strong will to please. Not to mention he thinks he is a lap dog and loves to give kisses! He is very handsome but he isnt just looks - he is very smart too! He is potty trained and knows basic commands. He would do best in a home as an only child (no cats or young children) with a mom or dad who is looking for a walking/running companion, but also a cuddle buddy. He lived with 3 other big dogs, but would do best in a home where he doesnt have to share attention. Big Foot came into the shelter as a stray after wandering a neighborhood for numerous days. He was adopted, but the adopter turned him into their local animal control after a month. We brought him back to FCAS and he was adopted again a few days later. He was returned again (no fault of him own). Big Foot then left with a foster home. He was doing well in the foster home until the current top female dog decided she just didnt want to share her space and problems arose.
