About IMS Health As a Data Integrity Analyst you will be primarily responsible for data completeness and accuracy and you will play an active role in supporting the local team in meeting the launch timelines for the new offering. In your role you will be expected to take in instructions, understand the business need and drive the project with your analytical skills to reach the expected results together with other functional teams. In addition you will be responsible for: • Validating, reviewing and interpreting all data collected and loaded into the Data Warehouse for quality, consistency and completeness. • Conducting cyclical data audits to ensure compliance with established data standards • Recommend corrective action follow-ups to clean up data errors • Identifying and implementing applicable quality best practices and ensuring consistent, standard execution of operational activities • In collaboration with other team members assist in the development of processes and policies to support data quality and integrity Position Description Your Profile Minimum requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree equivalent. •1-2 years of experience in working in data quality or data integrity roles •Proficiency with SQL and writing queries against database structures desired •Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) •You are very interested in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation •Customer-oriented personality with positive drive and a pragmatic, structured approach •Results/process-oriented and able to set the right priorities •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible and able to work well in a team with ability to work under time constraints Additional competencies/merit •Experience with SSAS/SSRS or other similar tools such as Excel services desirable •Experience in SQL with relational databases like Oracle and/or SQL Server would be a strong plus •Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills •You, as a person are willing and interested in learning about the data and IMS Health offerings.
