ATTENDANCE - NEW LEGISLATION As of September 1st 2013 The Academy will be actively implementing the government legislation as laid out in the Education (Penalty Notices) (England) Regulation 2013 as part of our attendance policy. The 2013 amends the previous legislation from 2007. For further information on the legislation please follow the links below.
