ATTENTION ALL CHALLENGERS: This Saturday we will be hosting the initial testing day for all competitors of the 10 Week Challenge.. This will include Body Composition Measurements, as well as stage 1 of Performance Testing. We will be running two waves, so you will have the option of Starting with: Group 1 @ 7:30am, or Group 2 @ 8:30am. We ask that you arrive 15mins prior to your allocated Group starting - as there will be paperwork to complete and warm ups will be essential. If you are unable to make it on Saturday, you must let your trainer know in advance, and book in a PT session to see them the following week to complete the testing. Please comment on this post within the next 24 hours if you have a preferred time slot on Saturday - If not it will be randomly selected and you will notified Friday of your allocated start time. Great to see the massive numbers signing up for the Challenge - we are all very excited to get it underway! GET THE EDGE!!!
