JORGE S. LLANES___, DULY ELECTED CHAIRMAN OF DOUS-SBO 2014 TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF THE DOUS-SBO REGIONAL OFFICERS TRANSACTIONS PERTAINING TO THE PROJECTS OF SBO-DOUS. WHEREAS, as provided for under the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – Open University System Handbook and its governing rules and regulations that all transactions related to DOUS-SBO must be signed and approved unanimously by the Regional Officers and their representatives; WHEREFORE, on motion of ______MR. JORGE S. LLANES______ and duly seconded by the DOUS-SBO REGIONAL OFFICERS be it; RESOLVED. AS IT S HEREBY RESOLVED, to collect the amount of One Thousand and Forty-Five Pesos (Php 1,045) which was used to buy Flowers, Blessed Hosts, candles and Mompo for the Mass during the Induction Ceremony of the newly elected DOUS-SBO held at the DMMMSU-MLUC Gymnasium on August 09, 2014; RESOLVED. AS IT S HEREBY RESOLVED, that the detailed contract for the printing of the DOUS-SBO FOUNDATION DAY TICKETS ARE AS FOLLOWS: • Php .10 centavos/ticket • Php .99 centavos face amount/ticket • Php 10,000 contract price/100,000 tickets • Php 250.00 shall be collected to all the students of DOUS-SBO as their contribution to the Foundation Day RESOLVED FINALLY, furnished copies of this resolution to the DOUS-SBO ADVISER, Mrs. Amy Paneda-Balcita, for the DOUS-SBO OFFICE’s information and favorable action; APPROVED this 16th day of September, 2014 at the DOUS-SBO Office, DMMMSU-OUS City of San Fernando, La Union.
