ATTENTION ALL DRAG QUEENS: Due to the overwhelming complications and time constraints involved in custom updo/pageant drag hair orders, we are not accepting custom pageant orders at this time until further notice. In just the last 2 weeks, we have been ripped off, scammed through Paypal, falsely accused of dishonesty and wrongdoing, yelled at, and been threatened and demanded of by drag queens for the last time. I am sorry but I cannot and will not be treated this way, nor will I allow my employees to be subjected to this. Its just more hassle than its worth, not to mention the time and resources consumed combating such behavior. I was on the phone last week for 2 days straight with Paypal dealing with one of these issues, and quite frankly I have MANY other functions in this office which do not allow me to devote such a significant amount of my time JUST to deal with damage control. Our solution: We will be featuring a few select updos each week that will be posted in various groups for sale. These updos will be sold AS IS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! No, they will not be recreated in other colors, and no you cant have them overnighted to your pageant the very next day unless youre willing to pay the airfare! Otherwise they will be shipped GROUND and will be shipped ONLY when invoice is paid IN FULL, first come first serve. Any remaining custom orders as of todays date will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Im sorry that its come to this, but we have a legitimate, licensed business to run, and do not have time to get involved in battles, Paypal disputes over when a product was shipped, whether or not a very complicated updo was done to someones specific specifications, or in short drag queen cattiness, or someone attempting to get a free product on OUR DIME! Again, we sincerely apologize for the tonality of this message or any of our valued customers that we may have offended, but believe me, this post was indeed necessary.
