ATTENTION ALL FIREFLY FANS OUT THERE. Not for the first time Joss Whedon decided to use the comic book medium to expand the life of one of his popular shows. This isnt breaking news but SERENITY: LEAVES ON THE WIND #1 was released last week and it is amazing. Even though it isnt written by Joss (his brother, Zack writes it) it really captures the shows characters perfectly; from Washs Dinosaurs to Jaynes hat nothing is left untouched. I wont give away any plot details as it pretty much continues from where Serenity finished, but this series is a must read. Serenity: Leaves on the Wind #1 was released on January 29th through Dark Horse and you can pick up a copy for about £2.50 (Preview released via Dark Horse Comics)
