ATTENTION ALL HOMESTEAD BOWLERS!!!! WE NEED YOU ON JULY 22 AT THE NEXT CITY COUNCIL MEETING! WE NEED TO TURN OUT IN FORCE TO GET OUR BOWLING ALLEY BACK IN OPERATION!!! THEY WILL BE DISCUSSING THIS AT THE JULY 22 MEETING! They want to know what the citizens want...Now is our chance to tell them. The BIG hold up seems to be the offer...the only offer.... on the table is $500,000.00 but some council members think its worth more. B.S!!...I call B.S.! This building needs to be gutted from the inside out. How much money has the city made on this building in the last 7-8 years sitting vacant??? NONE! Why are they hanging on to it when they have someone in their pocket wanting to give them a half a million for it??!! Which by the way will generate tax$$$ for the city..utility$$$ for the city...jobs and recreation for citizens.Why are they sitting on it??? Sounds like a win-win to me! SO PLEASE IF YOU LIVE IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA AND WOULD LIKE BOWLING BACK IN HOMESTEAD...PLEASE COME OUT JULY 22 TO THE SENIOR CENTER...KROME AND 16TH ST...TO THE COUNCIL MEETING AT 5:30PM ..WE NEEDS EVERYONES SUPPORT!
