ATTENTION ALL NORTH SUMMIT YOUTH AND HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLERS.... Vapor Cross fit in Heber is offering our Wrestlers an amazing deal to help them get ready for the next season... All the information you need is listed below.. Tiffannie Smith has been heading this up for us. If you have any questions about this give her a call or a message. This is a great opportunity for our boys and really any other wrestler out there that is interested in getting bigger and stronger.. We are excited that you and your young athletes are interested in obtaining some strength and conditioning from us. A lot of the info on our CrossFit gym is on our website vaporcrossfit. Our usual rate for youth 10-17yrs old is $80/month/athlete. This allows them to come to 3+ training sessions per week. However, I spoke with Thad Smith and explained that when we have a group (like wrestlers) that want to train together, we have done $40/month/athlete for twice a week training, when there are at least 8 that want to sign up. That way the group has the facility to themselves and we can specifically program for their needs. We would like to set up a schedule that works best for your group and travel to Heber. For example, we could do Tues/Thurs 5-6pm, Tues/Thurs 7-8pm, Mon/Wed 5-6pm, or Mon/Wed 7-8pm. Just let me know which time slot works best. The length of the training program can last as long as you would like, but a month (4 week cycle) is the minimum time we would like to train your athletes. Training sessions will last approx. an hour. We will warm-up, focus on a strength/skill, and then complete a WOD (Workout of the Day). Your athletes will be doing sprints, box jumps, rope climbs, handstand pushups, wall walks, pull-ups, ring work (muscle-ups), jump roping, med-ball work, barbell work, etc. We will also focus on the mental aspects of athletics and how to overcome adversity. They will be pushed and they will learn how to dig deeper than ever before. At Vapor we use group training to focus on endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Every session is coached by a certified trainer who will demand strict safety and form. We are excited to hear back from you and get your young athletes performing at an even higher level!
