ATTENTION ALL OYSTER USERS!! So I have been travelling with the oyster for a long time now, I find myself constantly topping up yet constantly in the minus. So I decided to call them today, the gentlemen I was speaking to got my details up and it turns out they have been over changing me on pretty much ever journey. This error was down to (he openly said this) the machines, where they are so old dont work properly anymore! I got a large refund over the previous 8 weeks. SADLY the oyster data only date back to 8 weeks therefore he couldnt carry on the refund. So it maybe worth you calling them and checking as we cant allow them to keep this shit hidden from us. Straight daylight robbery.
