Health Care is acceptable as current insurance. ALL Vietnam Veterans with Vietnam Service Metal (VSM) or/and Vietnam Campaign Ribbon/Medal (VCM) on their DD-214 will NOW qualify for Health Care as Cat. 6 with or without Means Testing (report of income and/or net worth) AND REGARDLESS OF DISABILITY RATING! Enroll at any V.A. facility or Attached is form 1010-EZ to complete and take to your nearest V.A Clinic or Hospital to get your V.A. Health Card and be assigned a primary Health Care Doctor. Will need orginal or Cert. Copy of your DD-214 with you and I.D. This information is NOT found on any Web-Site.
