ATTENTION.. ATTENTION.. ATTENTION PLEASE: I met today someone who worked at the shelter already, which is called Animal Welfare Center or the Bspca, and I asked many questions, please read below and please never take any stray dog/cats to them: Q: Did u work at this shelter? A: yes.. I did Q: is it true that they kill the stray dogs and cats? A: yes.. they do, and always Q: Do they kill the sick and the wounded dogs only or some healthy too? A: they kill all of them, I used to put them to sleep myself as it was a part of my job at the center Q: didnt u feel guilty about it? A: In the starting.. yes, and I asked them why would they do that, they replied: we dont have enough of funds to keep them Q: Is it true that they kill 40 dogs a week and 20 cats as someone said to me? A: ( smiled surprisingly!) and said: no.. its not on a weekly basis.. it happens daily! Q: How many daily, approximately how many? A: from 10-15.. minimum no is 10, maximum is 15 Q: 10-15 cats and dogs together? A: No.. 10-15 cats and 10-15 dogs ( means around 20 cats and dogs daily if they put down only 10 of each which as the minimum number!!). Last question: Do they kill only the strays or those abandoned dogs too.. the original breed dogs ( the brand dogs!!!) Answer: only the strays!!!! So please members, wake up, and please let other ppl who have no idea about this happening over the years to wake up too, and never ever take any stray dogs and cats to this center. Thank you.
