ATTENTION::: About 4 days ago I held a vote casting on my page where I then donated 100.00 to the charity that was voiced most on the post, then in addition chose to donate to another great cause. But it really really HURTS me when I get tagged in a status saying Ashley has not accepted the ALS CHALLENGE I really thought she was up for a great challenge and great cause I guess I was wrong about her. One, I would like to say how insulting and hurtful that is seeing as though the funds I donate do come from my personal account and budget I set aside for myself and 3 year old daughter. Two, If I wasnt supportive of charities and supporting wonderful causes I wouldnt have participated in this years aiming for a cure hunt nor would I be freely, lovingly, and willingly donating my money. ALS is a wonderful cause! However, I made the decision to allow the voice of my following make the decision this time as to where I made the donation to. Im sorry if this upsets anyone, however its very discouraging that I try to involve everyone in the small things that I can because its those small things that keep us close in this tight knit industry and its back firing as if I am unsupportive of other causes such as ALS. Again, I apologize if making the decision to allow the voice of the page dictate where the money went has reflected poorly on my character to some of you. However, that was the decision I made and I still stand firm in my choice in doing that and again, thank you to those who participated.
