ATTENTION BRIDE! Are you among the sealed? Do You Even Know What The Sealing IS? 1/14/14 Are you among the sealed? Have you felt the imprint of the seal of the Almighty being impressed into your forehead? Are you among those who are sealed, who follow the Lamb, where ever He goeth? This is a question that the Sacred Word devotes an entire chapter to and hence is a subject which is meant for all to understand. May we consider it prayerfully, humbly, reverently, that we might understand and be blessed in obedience. The sealing is recorded in the Seventh chapter of Revelation. In the first verse, a picture is given of four angels, or messengers, holding back the four winds that they might not blow upon the earth. And then John presents the sealing messenger, in these words: “And I saw another Messenger ascending from the Sun-rising, having the seal of the living El [Mighty One], and he cried with aloud voice to the four Messengers, to whom it was given to injure the earth and sea, saying, Injure not the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the bond-servants of our El [Mighty One] on their foreheads. And I heard the number of the sealed, an hundred and forty-four thousand sealed, out of every tribe of the sons of Israel.”-- Rev. 7:1-4. To modern readers, the term “seal” brings to mind one or more acts. By modern canning methods, food for our tables is preserved from spoiling by sealing in air-tight containers. Important documents, to make them official, and insure their authenticity, are sealed with sealing instruments of the state. Letters, before being entrusted to the mails are first sealed to insure their privacy and safe delivery. Each of these thoughts may be seen in the above text of sealing; but we believe the greater lesson is contained in the act of sealing slaves by their owners in ancient times, and which is even carried out in our time, in the Far East and in Africa. [Here in America we have the branding, sealing of cattle on western ranches.] When a slave was acquired, the owner, to denote his ownership, caused to be impressed upon the forehead his private mark, or seal. This seal easily seen by all, not only designated the slave as the property of the master, but also revealed the status of the wearer, and showed his obligation to the owner of the seal. Today, in Africa, some tribes cut the skin of the forehead and place therein colored clays that remain after the wound is healed, and thus mark the wearer as members of certain tribes. In others, a mark is tattooed into the skin of the forehead. Among the higher caste natives of India, their rank is denoted by a mark placed in the forehead. Today, the Most High has a seal, and that mark is implanted into the forehead, seat of intellect, yea, into the mind of his bond servants--from every tribe of Israel. Let us for a moment notice the words, “Out of every tribe of the Sons of Israel.” To many, these are just words: but we do not believe the Almighty fills up His book with mere words--but every word has a wealth of meaning, which we should comprehend. And, so, “every tribe of Israel” means just that. Of course we will have to forget the teaching of the modernists who declare that the Almighty has forgotten, and no more works with fleshly, literal Israel--the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. However, sincerely in-depth students of the Word who study in the Spirit, should not believe all they hear, until it is first tried by the sacred yardstick, the Scriptures. The apostle of the Gentiles [nations], says, “I ask then, Has Yahveh cast off His people? Yahveh forbid! Why, I myself am an Israelite, of the posterity of Abraham, and of the tribe of Benjamin. Yahveh has not cast off His people whom He foreknew.”--Rom. 11:1-2. No, the Almighty has not cast off His people Israel, for still they are to Him, “The apple of His eye” [Zech. 4:8]; and, from the people whom He foreknew, even all Israel [not just Jews], shall He eventually choose those whom He shall seal with His own sacred seal and that Kodesh Class shall be, not from the Gentiles [or nations],…but from every tribe of the “Children of Israel”--and so excludes all others, and includes all the twelve tribes. Let’s not forget this plain truth. But, you say, then I cannot be sealed, since I am not a Jew? How narrow is such reasoning in the light of the truth of the Scriptures. There are the Jews of Israel, it is true, which is a designation of part of the tribe of Judah, Benjamin, Levi, and others, which returned and populated Palestine after the Babylonian captivity. But we must not forget the other house--that part known as the “House of Israel,” distinct and separate from the “House of Judah” [See Ezekiel 37:16]. These twelve tribes, shall be gathered at the end, and today through our writings, and those of our associates, we have been trying to impress upon the readers that they are Israel, real, fleshly, Israel, true descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and thus inheritors of a great responsibility--for to us has come the task of being a blessing to all the nations of the earth. Yes, Israel still exists, and is still used by the Almighty; and, at the end, from each of the twelve literal tribes of Israel, shall the sealed of Yahveh be chosen, and they shall follow the Lamb continually and faithfully, as His bond-servants. HalleluYah. The Revelation text next states that the angelic Messenger has the seal of the living Almighty. It also states that “we”--the plural of the five angelic Messengers- -shall seal the bond-servants. But, regardless, though the angelic Messengers are the instruments of sealing, the prime Sealer is no other than Yahveh, the Almighty, Himself. Consider this, “Now He which establisheth us with you in the Anointed, and hath anointed us, is Yahveh; who has also sealed us, and given the earnest [pledge] of the Spirit in our hearts.”--2 Cor. 1:22. 3 And we should not forget that only those who meet the requirements are eligible for the sealing; that is, they must be from literal, fleshly, Israel, but must be among that Anointed class, that bond-servant company, those who have been purchased, and are hence the property of the Almighty, and thus are eligible for the sacred seal to be impressed in the forehead, denoting His ownership, and our relationship as bond-servants. The Apostle Paul also known as Saul mentions the purchase in these words. “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Kodesh Spirit hath made you Overseers, to feed the Congregation of Yahveh, which He hath purchased with the blood of His Own.”--Acts 20:28. Yes, Yahveh has indeed purchased us, and the price paid is that most priceless of all gifts ever given for the possession of man, which was the blood of the Son of the Almighty, who gave His life upon Calvary for the redemption, the purchase of bond-servants, who are qualified to follow Him as His chosen. Yes, Yahveh has purchased His bond-servants, and they have become His property, His slaves; and, so, upon them He causes to be implanted in their foreheads His personal mark denoting His ownership, and their servant class, the seal of the living Elohim, Even the sacred Name of the owner, YHVH [Yahveh]. We comprehend the fact that we are now treading upon new ground, but it is Scriptural ground. We appreciate the understanding that others have taken this text, and from it falsely taught that the sealing was the gift of the Kodesh Spirit; and others, equally sincere, have advocated the doctrine of the Sabbath being the sealing mark placed upon the servant class. We wish to make it clear that we have no quarrel with either of these dear people who advocate these thoughts, for each have grounds for their teaching; but, though sincere, they have overlooked the greater lesson, the seal denoting ownership by the Almighty, the seal picturing the purchased bond-servant class, the seal which is the sacred Name of YHVH [Yahveh]. Apostle Paul sates in Ephesians 1:13, “We are sealed with that Kodesh Spirit of promise.” I cannot deny this truth, nor have I a desire to do so. As I stated in the first part of this treatise, the act of sealing is accomplished in different ways, and for different purposes; and so it is with this sealing. Like, as the contents of the container are sealed with the implement that they might not deteriorate, become contaminated, nor spoil, so, likewise, the loving heavenly Father gives unto His bond-servants the preserving power of the Kodesh Spirit, that they may be preserved, Kodesh, blameless, pure, until that day of redemption. Yes, Yahveh seals His own with His blessed Kodesh Spirit. HalleluYah. Isaiah states [Chap. 8:16] that the Law should be sealed among the believers, saying, “Bind up the testimony, seal the LAW among my disciples.” Now let us consider another act of sealing, that of legal documents. When a will is made, when a law is executed, when a statute is placed upon the books of the state, the seal of the powers that be, the state, is affixed to that document, making it legal giving it force. And so, the above text says, “Seal the law.” Yes Yahveh’s law must receive His Kodesh seal, and that brings up to the Sabbath, as found be the sale, or mark, placed upon and in the sacred document, known as “THE LAW.”-- Exodus 20:8-11. Exodus 31:13, states that the Sabbath is a mark, or a seal, and so do we find it, if we but examine it carefully. A seal denotes the office of the sealer, and the extent of his territory, and his name. And in the Sabbath command of the Law [Exodus 20:8-11], we find all these requirements of an official seal. The text reads, “Remember the Sabbath, to keep it Kodesh. Six days shall thou labor and do all thy work; but the seventh day is the Sabbath of YAHVEH, thy Elohim [Mighty One]; in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy manservant, thy maidservant, nor the cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; for in six days Yahveh made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day; wherefore Yahveh blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.” Here in this brief command, found in the law, is the seal, containing the Name, Yahveh; the office, Elohim, [Mighty One] the Creator; and the extent of his domain, “Heaven and earth.” Yes, to those who regard the Sabbath, the Law has become a seal. They have taken unto themselves the seal of The Law. Again, HalleluYah. But, now to another phase of the bond-servants. The act of denoting ownership, thus proclaiming to the world that such are the properties of Yahveh, and hence under His protection, and subject above all to His sacred biddings. That seal is the Kodesh Name, the Name the Almighty has chosen from among all the names of eternity to become His own special Name, by which He shall be known throughout all ages to His creation. This sacred Kodesh Name is transliterated into English as best can be and spelled Yahveh to convey its true pronunciation. Like all New Testament truths, the sealing of the servants of the Almighty is found in the Old Testament. In Ezekiel 9:4, we are given the record of the Most High designating His servants before the world by placing a mark upon their foreheads. The record states, “And Yahveh said unto him [the angelic, sealing Messenger], Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set the mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.” A mark, as found in the Hebrew of this text is designated by the Hebrew letter “Tav” and has the special meaning of a mark, denoting one’s name [as we use the letter “X”], hence would be a signature mark, of the Most High, denoting His sacred Name. Thus, according to Ezekiel, the Almighty is to send forth His sealing Messenger and place a mark, representing His sacred Name, upon those who hate the sins of the camp. Just a thought as to “the city” as being representative of that larger organization, not called Jerusalem now, but by that modern name of “Christendom,” and we have the lesson for us. Those who sigh, mourn, cry, and bemoan the sins of the people of Christendom, are those who are saints, who are redeemed from among women [churches], and hate sin, detest iniquity, and hence are known to Yahveh. Upon them He chooses to place His inspired, sacred Name to designate them as His own possession, His chosen, His anointed. And now again to Revelation 7:4: we find that the sacred Name is imprinted into the foreheads [which to us represents the seat of the mind], the Kodesh seal of the Almighty, which proclaims to the world Yahveh’s ownership, and to us our sacred ties, as being of the select bond-servant class. The sealed are those purchased with a price; and they not only are anointed with the Kodesh Spirit, placing them among the Anointed class; but, equally important, they have the seal of the Law in their lives, keeping faithfully the Sabbath rest with all the remaining commandments. But, not to be forgotten, is the fact that the Owner has place His mark of ownership in the forehead, and that identifying seal is His sacred Name of YHVH [Yahveh]. Yahveh’s sealed bond-servants will be found worshipping Yahveh, praising Yahveh, singing to Yahveh, praying to Yahveh, working to glorify the Creator, the Father, by His own Name. No other name will be as sweet, as pure, as sacred, as the one true, angelic Name of Yahveh. Other names will not get the glory, the praise and the adoration that is rightfully Yahveh’s. The pagan, false, substitute names, which rightfully belong to Baal [Yahveh’s chief opponent], will not be found upon the lips of the saints, as they sing His praises, beseech Him in prayer; but Yahveh’s own name will be glorified. HalleluYah. Hosea tells of the reformation work, the sealing accomplishment, in these words, “And it shall be at that day, saith Yahveh, that you [the Bride Class] shalt call me Ishi [meaning, My Husband]; and shall call me no more Baali [meaning, My Lord. See margin]; for I will take away the names of the Baals out of her mouth…”--Hosea 2:17-18. This is a message to the Bride Class, those eligible to call Yahveh, “My Husband.” Only one woman in the world has a right to so address a man, and that one woman is the wife--the bride. And so it is in this text, Yahveh has said to the Bride, “Don’t call me LORD anymore.” Do you hear this, dear reader? The BRIDE hears His voice! Don’t call Yahveh LORD anymore! “Stop calling me LORD!” And not only so, but you, Bride Class, have other names on your lips which are equally detestable to Yahveh, they shall also be taken away from your lips. Baal is Yahveh’s opponent; He is known by various names, in different ages, and in different nations, and you have been calling Him “Baal” regardless of the name it may be, but His is going to take these names of the Baals out of your mouth. Don’t question how, it shall be done, the Bride class will have these objectionable names removed, and then worship only in the Name of Yahveh. Let’s hear Micah’s confirming message. “For all people will walk everyone in the name of his El [Mighty One], and we will walk in the Name of Yahveh, our Elohim, for ever and ever” [Micah 4:5]. Some nations walk in the name of Adonis, some of Zeus, some of Kurios, some of Jupiter, not forgetting the English [and Americans] who are walking in the names of God and Lord.--but the Bride Class, who have had the names of the Baals removed from their mouth, and heart, and mind, shall have in their foreheads the Name of Yahveh, and in that Name will walk--for ever and ever. Let’s not be deceived, dear reader. Satan has sought to get praise due to the Creator alone. He has caused his names to come into the sacred worship instead of the Kodesh Name of Yahveh; thus praise meant for Yahveh ascends in the substitute names, regardless of the heart of the believer. Let’s praise Yahveh, worship Him, walk in His Name, and be among the sealed. In Revelation, Chapter 14:1, the sealed class are brought to view again. The sealing event is in the past. They are seen standing with the Savior of the world upon mount Zion,--and behold, in their foreheads is seen the imprint of the seal placed there by the angels of the Seventh chapter. And what do we see? Nothing less than the sacred Name of our heavenly Father and our blessed Saviour, who came in His Father’s Name [John 5:43]. The text reads, “And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with Him an hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Name and His Father’s Name written in their foreheads.” HalleluYah! The seal is the name! The Name is the seal! No substitute name will do! Nothing but the sacred, heavenly Name of Yahveh--the only true Name of our Father [Psa. 83:18]. No, dear friends, substitute names will not be in that seal, only the one true Name--the sacred Name Yahveh. HalleluYah. Let us not forget the other servants not among the 144,000 of that more numerous company class [of Rev. 7:9, 14, 15], which are brought to view, and who also are servants; for of them it is said, “And His servants shall serve Him; and they shall see His face; and He Name shall be in their foreheads.” O, HalleluYah. It is good to know that Yahveh is going to make a way for all His servants. Not only will they have the names of the Baals taken from their lips, and be known as the Bride Class, but also the angelic Messenger will imprint indelibly into the forehead, the mind, the intellect of the chosen, the sacred Name of our Father, and His Son--Yahveh and Yahshua. “I write unto, you little children, because your sins are forgiven you, FOR HIS NAMES SAKE.”--I John 2:12 In Yahvehs Service: John The Elder The Church of Yahveh at SMYRNA thechurchofsmyrna.blogspot/2014/01/are-you-among-sealed-do-you-even-know.html
