ATTENTION CHEER FAMILIES - fundraiser information Cape St Claire Cheerleading Crab Feast Raffle Please support your Cape St. Claire Cheerleading Organization by selling Crab Feast Raffle tickets – proceeds will go toward Uniform Funding and aid in building a strong foundation for us to acquire additional needed items in the coming years for our cheerleaders, such as; warm ups and new mats for practices indoors. KEY POINTS Tickets are $5 each Each cheerleader is receiving 10 tickets, once these are sold and turned in ($50) they can get more to sell, in lots of 10. The drawing is Saturday 9/7/2013 at halftime of the 8U game- participants do not need to be present to win. The ticket details all of the items the winner will receive. Includes: 1- Bushel #1 Males Steamed 2- 30 packs of Beer (Lager or Lite) 1- case of soda (your choice) 1- Case of water 1- Dozen ears of corn Accessory Pack – mallets, plastic knives, Old Bay, vinegar, spray butter and corn holders 5 days notice is needed by the winner for us to get the items together and deliver them Any sold and unsold tickets are due back to Michele by Wednesday 9/4/2013; unless there are other arrangements made to get the stubs to her prior to the drawing on 9/7/2013 (this will be handled on an individual basis only). Any stubs not brought to her will not be included in the drawing. Any unsold tickets not returned to Michele by 9/4/2013 will be charged to the participant. CHEERLEADER CHALLENGE We are challenging all cheerleaders to sell at a minimum the 10 tickets you will be given tomorrow, but would highly encourage you to sell more --- WHY? For every 20 tickets sold by a cheerleader they will receive one entry into a drawing for an Apple I-Pad Mini ---yes you read this right, ONE Cheerleader will be the lucky owner of their very own I-pad mini on Saturday 9/7/2013. We will draw the lucky cheerleaders name right after the winner of the crab feast!!!!
