ATTENTION CLIENTS: Oregon State Police tossed my home, office, - TopicsExpress

ATTENTION CLIENTS: Oregon State Police tossed my home, office, cars and person this morning pursuant to search warrants. I cannot prudently comment at this time, other than to say that client files are secure and neither client files stored on my computers, nor the computers themselves (other than tablets with no client information), appear to have been seized (but that determination is premature and therefore only preliminary). My i-Phone was seized. Any communications via email, text message, SMS, FB messenger, or email are potentially subject to being (unlawfully) compromised despite such compromise being illegal and unconstitutional. As you will undoubtedly understand, I cannot comment further, either at this time, or in the near future. I am innocent of the allegations from which the search warrants arose. Whenever the state has taken a run like this at me, justice has prevailed, and I am quite confident that such will be the case again. Until further notice, however, please do not communicate with me electronically concerning any legal matter. You may call my main number at 503-650-7782 in order to set up an appointment to discuss any matters with me. I have not been charged with any crime, and do not expect to be charged with any crime. I am in the process of replacing my cell phone, but will not be disclosing the phone number. Thank you for your patience and understanding. All authorities are hereby again placed on notice that full exercise of all statutory, common law, evidentiary and constitutional attorney/client privileges, Article I, section 9, Article I, section 11, and Fourth Amendment, Sixth Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment rights and all other rights and privileges appertaining, are invoked.
