ATTENTION: CLP EXAMINATION 2013 SUBJECT OUTLINE FOR CRIMINAL PROCEDURE All candidates of the CLP Examination in 2013 are advised to take note of the following amendment to the “Subject Outline for the CLP Examination 2013”(‘Outline’) published by the Legal Profession Qualifying Board, Malaysiafor Criminal Procedure: The Outline for Criminal Procedure is amended in the last line of paragraph IV(1)(a)(i) at page 12 by substituting for the words “intensive search: See THIRD SCHEDULE – Procedure on body search” the words “intrusive search: See FOURTH SCHEDULE – Procedure On Body Search”.
