ATTENTION COACHES: 8 ACTIONS THAT WILL HELP YOU GROW A MORE SUCCESSFUL COACHING BUSINESS 2015.. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed... or you are even struggling with WHAT you should do to grow your coaching business in 2015, take a few minutes and read this tips below. If you have been trying for sometime to grow your coaching business now, and you know just how frustrating this process can be. You might feel totally stuck,discouraged,or even wonder if it is just NOT going to work out for you I, too, struggled to move forward and make some changes for many years. In fact, I almost surrender and settle for the part-time day job I was doing then. But luckily I didnt through in the towel but I surrender to my purpose as a coach and a speaker Here are some tip to help you grow your coaching business in 2015… 1. Develop a marketing plan and follow the plan: The plan could be: • Who you want and need to talk to • A list of 100 people you can tell about your coaching services • A comprehensive list of networking events you want to go to • How many phone calls you want to make every week. • How many e-mail and letters you want to send out about your business. • How many face-to-face meeting you want to have to talk to people about how coaching can help them • How many free coaching consultations you want to give away every month. 2. Tell everyone you know about what you do and how you can help - Develop a clear, concise, and compelling paragraph about who you are, what you do, who you help, and what results your clients achieve. 3. Speak To Every Group You Can. - If you are a career coach, develop a presentation on ‘Finding Your Dream Job” or “10 Tips To Take Yourself to the Top”. If you target small-business owners like I do, you can develop a talk on, ‘How to Motivate Your Employees without Using More Money”. I will be speaking to a group of about 98 business owners 30th January 2015, on “ How To Get More Clients for Your Small Business” - Be sure you are speaking to the right audience - End your presentation by giving away something for free. For me I give a free minutes coaching session, which allow me to collect business cards and email address to follow up later. - Follow up with everyone you need to no later than two to three days after the presentation. 4. Refine Your Marketing Materials. - Your target audience definition must be much more specific. 5. Get Out of Your House. - Set a goal to go to a certain number of networking event per week or per month, to meet a certain number of new people in your target market. Network With Successful Coaches - Spend time with coaches who have built successful coaching practice. 7. Find Someone To Hold You Accountable. - I cant emphases this enough. Set a Standard For Yourself and recognize that anything other coaches has achieved, you can probably achieve as well`. There are no limits.
