ATTENTION DEQUINCY YOUTH FOOTBALL INFO!! DeQuincy Youth Football League will be holding registration on two days only- Friday August 1st from 5-7pm and Saturday August 2nd from 9-12pm will he held at DeQuincy City Hall. Birth certificates will need to be brought so we can make a copy if you dont have a copy already made to provide. Registration fees are as follows- Flag (ages 5-6 years old) $50 Tackle (ages 7-12 years old) $70 Anyone interested in coaching a team or being an assistant coach will need to let me know. DeQuincy Tigers has a winning record each season with some great athletes and coaches and most of all provides a fun learning experience for the youth that love the game! YOUTH CHEERLEADERS- We will have a meeting on Tuesday August 5th for those girls ages 5-12 years old and their parent/guardian that are interested in being a cheerleader for our youth football league, meeting will be at 6pm at Dequincy railroad museum park. If you still have equipment or uniform out from last year that belongs to the league, please turn in at registration on either Friday or Saturday to avoid being sent a bill for pieces not returned... This is property of the league and must be returned! It is very expensive to outfit each player and with our rising number of participants its very important to keep registration fees down these items must be returned! If there is a piece damaged, lost or you choose to purchase for sentimental value the replacement fees are as follows: Helmet $85 Shoulder pads $70 Game Jersey $30 Game Pants $25 Practice jersey $15 Practice pants $15 Coaches if you still have equipment that belongs to the league -flags, footballs, water bottles, tool kit, water coolers etc these need to be returned as well at registration. Trophies from last year 2013 season will be available for pickup at our first home game- date will be announced when schedules are received.
