Formulates and maintains policy and procedures in this regard, ensuring that all products and services meet quality standards Key performance indicators -Achieve targeted certification for the company, relevant to the SHEQ management system requirements -Improve customer satisfaction through customer complaints reduction -Reduce cost of non-quality through internal reject rate, internal scrap rate, rework rate, supplier return rate at world class standards -Zero safety - Recordable incident rate and safety - Lost time case rate Min seven years – -experience in quality assurance engineering. Five years of supervisory/managerial experience in high-volume manufacturing environment.
