Simply say which specific -Plus is wanted at the beginning of the visit and add the payment to the base visit cost. With the cost of such a consultation alone (without any chiropractic or Whole-Body Rust-Removal) being 80 dollars, now for just 40 more if Gold and 20 more if Platinum (best value by far), one can get the most help in the least amount of time for the least amount of cost. The cost of all -Plus visits ends-up being just 80 dollars. Why not get it all in one shot? Note that there is NO such option with Bronze and Silver visits.
