ATTENTION FBI & DOJ - Here is where you can begin investigating the FDA cover up of Stryker Spine CT-002-04 CerviCore Class III Trial Device that the FDA never approved for any use ; yet the FDA allowed Stryker Spine to implant this contaminated and corroding device into the spines of an unknown number of victims and never notified the victims of the life threatening danger that the illegal device would cause them. The CerviCore is registered covertly under the Stryker Spine Protocol ID # CT-002-04 - the Status of the Stryker Spine CT-002-04 is WITHHELD.
