ATTENTION HON FOLLOWERS!! Dr. Kristen Ruest has asked us to help her find a loving home for this poor girl. Please read the Drs post and let us know if you would be willing to give this poor girl a chance that noone else has given her. She deserves to live the rest of her life pain-free, and knowing that people CAN BE GOOD. She will require a lot of patience and understanding...and time. Kristen Miller Ruest Nov 12th, 12:17pm This shy and scared female yellow labrador has been through so much and needs a friend to introduce her to kindness. She was found wandering in a field with a harness and cable attached to her with a foul odor. Upon exam, her harness was embedded into her neck and the skin started to grow around it. The harness was surgically removed and the wound treated. This pup was so painful that she would not allow her head to be pet or look at a humans face. After a week of care, she has allowed us to pet her and appears more comfortable (and smells better). She still has a lot of healing to do both mentally and physically.
