A minimum of 15 years experience of direct people and business management, planning, sales and marketing, and financial oversight. 3. Excellent proven interpersonal, verbal and communication skills 4. A minimum of 5 years experience in working with the BOD 5. Effective problem solving and mediation skills 6. Male or Female, preferably with age between 28 to 35 7. With Pleasing Personality 8. With excellent presentation skills 9. With adequate background in program costing 10.
