ATTENTION LADIES: Sistas in Sync for Success (SISS) is a grassroots, multi-faceted organization that was created to cater specifically to the empowerment of women and to promote sisterhood. Our goal is to implement quality leadership and mentoring while focusing on the value of all women. SISS strongly believes that we are obligated to instill a sense of pride and purpose within our young girls. We understand that young ladies of color are growing up with low self esteem and are made to feel that they are not worthy of greatness. As an organization geared towards empowering women of color, SISS is committed to educating and gifting our women with the necessary tools to nurture and uplift our young girls so that they can walk in their destiny and be the best that they can be. It is imperative as a sisterhood that we ensure the success of one another. It is our belief that by providing a reliable gateway, we create the trust needed to build bridges between our organization, women, and the communities we serve.
